What we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email, name), payment information processed by Stripe, and usage data (transitions, API calls) to power billing and analytics. Machine definitions and instance data are yours — we process them only to run the service.

How we use it

We use your data to operate Orchestate, calculate usage-based billing, send transactional email (account verification, invoices), and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data residency

Orchestate runs on Cloudflare's global network. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and Durable Objects with Cloudflare's standard replication. Cloudflare is GDPR-compliant.

Cookies & tracking

Orchestate uses strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to run secure checkout and billing through Stripe. These are required for the service to function and cannot be turned off. We do not use third-party advertising, social, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or any other third-party browser-analytics script. Usage metering (transitions, API calls) is computed server-side with Cloudflare Analytics Engine and is not tied to an advertising profile.

Your consent choices are region-aware. In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland we ask for your explicit opt-in before loading anything non-essential. Elsewhere, any optional cookies default on with this notice and a clear way to opt out. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out without showing a banner. You can review or change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@wentzel.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
