Terms of Service

By using Orchestate, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Orchestate is operated by Wentzel Ventures ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptable use

You may use Orchestate only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not use Orchestate to transmit unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Notify us immediately at security@wentzel.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unpaid balances.

4. Limitations

Orchestate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Contact us at legal@wentzel.ai with questions.
